    • The cost of doing business and
    • The Revenue generated by the business
  • Designing and employing a system to measure the “key driving factors” relative to the set goal
  • Implementing a system to motivate employees to achieve/exceed the set goal

  4. Design a tool to enable management to measure individual performance in relation to the set goal
  5. Inspire employees to develop a quality and cost conscious mindset by encouraging them to participate in team brainstorming and problem solving
  6. Facilitate follow up by using operations and accounting reports that enable management to track individual performance and correct problems in real time.
