Patrick Kimera is a multi-faceted business management professional with over 15 years of operations management and executive coaching/management consulting experience.
Prior to launching KP Performance Solutions, LLC, Patrick assisted hundreds of small-to-medium size businesses with management advice as a:
- Staff Executive/Consultant at a major Management Consulting firm based in Chicago, IL
- Staff Executive of the Business Incubator Program at the University of Massachusetts
- Teaching Assistant at the University of Massachusetts’ College of Management
- Production Manager at Chloride Batteries LTD, a global leader in automobile battery manufacturing
Patrick holds a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Arts, Economic Development, from the University of Massachusetts.
